Hello:

I posted my findings for Tox Forest under the Calcified Ribcage item, but just quickly you can hunt Skeletons (not Decaying Skeletons) to get all the Calcified Bone parts just south of the Erudin City entrance. See my other post for more details.

There are no "Calcified" skeletons in toxx but the pieces do drop rarely off regular Skeletons (not the decaying ones)the fingerbones dropped for me four times for some reason in Toxx, but no other pieces.
Eventually I also took my erud sk to nekto for the pieces and my greatest luck was off Greater Skeletons in the southeast quadrant of the zone. They gave me an ulna, a tibia, and two humerus. I also scored a calcified ribcage from a Calcified skeleton near the spires north of the river.

Once you make level 9 and get the Sense Undead spell its a lot easier hunting skeletons in either toxx or nekto forests. To date I have yet to find a calcified footbone but the post here saying they drop in EC gives me hope.
cacified foot bones and ribcage

Found both calcified ribcage and calcified foot bones dropped from "a skeleton" in Toxxulia Forest, nearby the PoK book.
I know they're rare, but I must've been lucky :) It didn't take long for me...

My gf and hunting partner has an Erudite SK on the Test Server, and we had no idea where the calcified skellies even WERE in Toxxulia. Instead, like most people seem to do, we headed out to Nektulos and hunted for them there.
Thankfully, Erudites (the evil ones at least) are not KoS to the Dark Elf guards - I believe they were dubious - so you don't even need to worry about that! Seems like that's the better thing to do. My main is a Dark Elf SK and I know how long it can take to find these rarer bones.

The smaller, less rare bones (finger, foot, tibia, maybe even fibula) drop most commonly at the undead camp near the East Commons zone. It has 4 or 5 spawns around a big pillar, and if you position yourself right you can usually single pull them. Be careful about the random spawn of higher level zonbies and mummies though!

The rare bones (ribcage, etc.), now here's a problem. I believe they can drop anywhere in the zone, but most people look to the north of the zone, nearer Lavastorm. The xp is better and there's a guard nearby (who you WILL need at some point!). But I found another spot which sometimes spawns a greater skelly, and if the guards don't get him he usually drops a calcified piece...

Cross the bridge heading south, and take the pirst path which leads off to the right. Near the end of this path is where the skelly spawns. Unfortunately, there is a guard who also walks past that way, and it's in the path of a young kodiak, which will still be a fairly high con at the level you'll be hunting here.

On the other hand, if you're completely twinked to hell you should have no problem deling with any of it, but I would have to ask why you were bothering doing the quests anyway. But that's another story, let's not get me started on THAT issue... :)
No calcified skellies in Toxx

I have yet to see a calcified skel in Toxx and am having to compete with the dark elves in Nektulos for the rare calcified drops. Lots of luck to the rest of you trying to do the newb armor quest.
