...and I can't find this or the pelvic bone at all! I've been killing every Leatherfoot I am able, and every halfling skel, and I've not gotten any drops... *sigh* Can't even find any on the merchants. Does anyone know what drops these? Have I been hunting the wrong things?

Your not the only one. Been running all over killing every halfling in sight for 6 months as well as every halfling skeleton. Unable to find Tibia, Pelvis, Ribcage, Clavicle or Fibula. Starting to wonder if someone didn't drop the ball in this quest and forget to put the drops in.
