Ruins of Kunark
As stated and confirmed, by myself and others, this item does NOT drop in Charasis (Howling Stones).
It drops in the Crypt of Dalnir.
Might want to fix the loot table(s) to reflect this. =)

Just got one today in Dalnir off a coerced crusader on the third level. It spawned at the top of the ramp in the room past the one way door
I got one of these about, well ... years ago. I have not even seen one of these for sale in the bazaar in forever. I wonder if they even drop any more.

I got one last night, 9.7.01. It's not listed under the items from Dalnir, but it definitely does drop there.

A long time ago once upon the way, one of these dropped in dalnir off a coerced crusader or something like that. never seen it in HS

I do believe your right, unless they nerfed that too. Did verent **** up and make Dalnir's drops too good and the mobs that drop them too easy? They nerfed that Necklace of Superiority like nothin, now they go and nerf this? WTF?
