Requires a faded velishoul's page that becomes pg 108 to combine in enchanter book to make the spell.

Had this drop several times while farming shadows in twilght
I had one of these drop from a froggie in runnyeye citadel, somewhere on the fourth level. (near the "woodroom" on eqatlas.com) Off course, with my level 65 cleric it was very easy to get, just train a bunch of mobs, AE, next :D. No mobs were up with black alloy stuff for my alts though ...

I just had one drop from a cyclops in Rathe mountains, too. (near giant hill)
