Got this while in Gfay lookin for Cinniomin sticks and pixie dust for baking. PC auctioned 1k pp if some one could beat him in a duel. It took bout 5 seconds for him to make Gnome necro meat out of me. He rezed me and gave me this for having guts to duel him. Nice item. he was a 65 Pally with 250AA'a btw. I'm lvl 35. Kinda over powered
