Well, I will say that at least the Deep Forest spiders spawn rather well time wise; however, this drop is NOT common, as I have been camping the Nektulos spiders for three days now as my halfing cleric (lvl 20) and have yet to see one drop. I have now laid waste to that camp about a dozen times today and am preparing for yet another round

Been hunting giant spiders in misty thicket for a while now - haven't seen any of these drop yet! :(
If this is a common drop and it drops about once every 50 spawns from a creature that spawns once every 3-6 hrs i would really hate to see what they call rare.
