Definately a drop from an emissary...(on this date - 08/03/19)
I got this off an Orc Emmisary in the Crushbone Castle tonight. I don't recall ever getting one off the Centurions anywhere in Crushbone or GFay.

After killing zillions of centurions in G'Fay and Crushbone and Legionnaires in Crushbone (and Slavers, and Taskmasters), to no avail, I finally got one from an Orc Emissary. After I already made the tunic and had it on, THEN an orc centurion dropped one.

Every time I've ever encountered this drop its been in the slave pit area of Crushbone. Tonight it dropped from the Orc Warden.

also used to make material for driud robe allong with 5 woven spider silks, 1 pristine forest drakling scale, 1 golden bandit tooth and 1 legionaires bracer
