ok question, if you are lucky enough to have a full set of this OMG gear, will the effects stack with the effects of the other Dumul's gear, for instance, Vengence IV and V would that be 9 or just 5...
never understood why they put the same type of effects on sets of gear if they dont stack

The sleeves no longer show the Vengeance effect, but instead add to Attack.

Yes, worn attack will stack up to a max of 250. Same as FT will stack up to a max of 15 and regen up to a max of 35. So a full set of this would yeild the user a large amount of their alotted worn attack

Nope, Spell Haste IV and Vengeance V are still there, looted today for ma beast :)
Buffs man. Works with pet heal as well. Nothing more annoying is when you're trying to buff SD, SV, IoS, Kragg and 3 mobs come running to camp mid cast and you need to duck out. You need to help slow them.
Vengeance V is fine.
But as a lvl 65 Beast which is what you will be before you get this, what the hell good is "Spell Haste IV"?
Most all of our damage spells are under 3.0Sec cast time with our innate spell haste we get just for being lvl 65.
Bout all this would be any good for would be on a couple of our buffs like maybe IOS that takes 10secs would make it 8.5secs whoop.
If your going to give us a focus effect on high lvl gear then at least make it useable like maybe "Anger of Eci" extra 23% damage to cold based spells.
But saving 1-2sec casting time on a "Buff" hmmm.
edit: K recently ive just gotten a piece of armor with 30% spell haste on it, and it does help nicely with buffs.
Of course that item came out of Solro not even in Elemental planes and the spell haste is double that of these sleeves, so at very least should be 30% spell haste anyway.

The limitation on spell haste only effecting spells with casting time of 3.0 or higher is for BASE casting time, which means this will marginally improve casting time on very nearly every spell a 65 beast casts.
