MPIV is not FT5.

FT5 = a whopping 50 mana per minute.

MPIV = 10% mana saved, for them to be equal I'd have to only spend 500 mana in a minute. I save ~32 mana with just one cast of Blood of Hate in 2 seconds, as that costs 325 mana. Toss in a lifetap at another ~2 seconds, and in 4 seconds I've burned around 650 (spending 585 and saving 65 mana with MP).

FT is great for regenning in between mobs/encounters but when you want to chain burn mana MP is far superior.

Who needs FT3 boots now? Hmm, let's see... every single SK but the 0.1% who'll actually get this item? Definitely not an easy piece of armor to get, none of the Elemental quest armor pieces are, for any class...

I do find it amusing how you went around to every SK Elemental Armor piece and basically repeated yourself, as most of the pieces have overlapping stats. Oh well, it's better than there being no posts on an item, at least it's something to read ;)
