The Tooltip on this isn't correct. It should say it is UP to 25%. Which means it's 1-25%. So 25% is the max. In reality, you're only getting an average of 13%. And shorter durations will over-ride longer ones, too. The unreliability in extension makes this pretty much useless for mezzes, because you'll have all your mezzes at different timers. A flat 13% would have been FAR superior to a "1-25%" range.

The last time this item was updated, it pulled the info from in game to set a skillmodmax value of 21, which was on July 27th, 2021. Do you have a screenshot or something that says the skillmodmax is 25%?

Timeless is the same line as elemental stuff, just changed the name of the chest slot for all classes

LMFAO. Lord Godfrey..i HOPE you're kidding. if not, then you deserve the title "Newb". PoTime robe, which even the pattern is no drop. so...yeah...really not much one can respond with to your comment except /bonk and /sigh.
what does this robe look like, I'm shopping for a good robe for my lvl 65 ENC, but to me it's the way it looks that matters.

WTF are you guys talking about for a casting time its a focus effect, it is 25% onto a buff, giving us 75% extension

The casting time reference has to do with an old pic/description that said the robe had a clicky effect of casting Forlorn Deeds @ 3secs. Whether this was the way the original robe was and was later changed I do not know, but I do recall for awhile that Forlorn Deeds was the effect.

Does anyone know what the cast time is on the effect? Generally casting times from right click items are longer than actually using mana and casting the spell. If the cast time is awful then it might be useless to try to use this in a combat situation.

The item has a 3 second casting time, not at all long and VERY useful in raid/group/solo situations.

Pretty weak right click for an enchanter robe seeing how the shaman chest has a better slow and enchanters will probably only use this in an exp group with no shaman present. I would have like to have seen Voice of Quellious or something.
I'd have to say this effect is pretty damn nice. And if it really is a 3 second cast time ( no pic here atm ) then that somehow makes the effect a faster cast than the spell !! I see your point tho, most people that could aqquire this item won't be doing much in the way of exp groups at that point in their toons life, most likely be in a heavy raid guild. But when they do exp, I'd say about 90% of the time my job as enchanter is slowing.... weak effect, no. Maybe could have been geared more towards a raid beneficial effect, but even if it was VoQ on this item, it would only be self targetable, so MGB wouldn't work... imo this effect would kick **** for soloing with charm, freeing up a slot 'n' all. )

Hmm...thought the effect was pretty good...our best slow, manaless is weak? Considering what we got on Veliuos quest robes this is incredible. I try not to grp with shaman anyway, with this I would never have to, and never go LoM. I guess some people need to complain no matter what...
