I really haven't noticed a big difference with just CHA. What I have noticed is this, if I have high CHA and I am Amiable to the mob I will keep charm almost full time. Now if I am ready to attack I have noticed that that wheather I have high or low CHA the charm is really random, could be 10 sec or 8 minutes.

Either that or they noticed that INT caps at 355 while CHA can only hit 305.

It is so funny that Cha is always much lower than Int on our Romar items. I guess it shows how VI views the importance Cha is to enchanter.
i disagree char is important if you charm mobs, i see a big difference on how long in general mobs stay charm with char at 200 as compared to 305. Take this from a 65 enchanter who like to charm mobs alot.

Actually, that was my point. I guess my sarcasm didn't come across in the above post. INT is easy to max out and CHA is much harder.
