Look like blood red plate boots.

These are nice boots. wish they had a buff on em.

They are nice boots, but I don't feel they're lacking because they have no buffs. These are firmly 40s boots, once into 45+ and onward you'll be looking at the likes of cobalt etc. which run a little more than these in game.
Having an ogre warrior, the extra STR isn't so important but the +6dex makes a huge difference!

actually as a wood elf warrior the 6 str does matter.
