Ruins of Kunark
Nimble is a 34 shaman spell, but why doesn't this item proc till 46? If your will is sufficient to cast the friggin spell, why must I wait 12 more levels before I can use an item that by then the effect is old and I have an upgrade. There's no stats, AC is alright, but the whole point of this item is nullified by the fact you can't use it when you get the spell. IMO, that's stupid. They shoulda made it proc at 34, when you get the stupid spell, so it's not a waste of code. Why anyone would buy the class-specific spell items, I have no idea...

Remember that this stuff came out in Kunark.
The idea behind it is that it's a free buff, hence, freeing up a space in your spell list and the mana it costs to cast it. Granted, it's not that great, but you don't HAVE to buy it! =)

I have been holding a pair of these for a while with plans on throwing them on my new froglok shaman. Only to find out that they cannot wear them. Is this just bug that will be fixed or can frogloks not wear plate. Probably the latter of the two but any help would be appretiated.
If this is shaman only why cant iksars wear them?
Iksars can't wear plate armor. JB is plate armor. One of the disadvantes to a race that gets many bonuses, like natural swimming, regen, skin-based AC, and foraging.
thank you for your reply i was unaware of that. is there anything comparable for iksar shaman to get instead of this?

Kinda sucks but the way sony has it, if you want to make a real necro then you chose iksar, if you want to make a real shaman then you choose iksar or troll. I would say the same for monks but really the ac bonus doesn't make a lick of difference on their tanking ability, they tank with AAs, and the regen is basically solo stuff so it's not as big of a deal. As for tanks, if you're not an ogre then you don't get the no frontal stun deal so they pretty much are the bulk of the warriors anyway...

Always drops off skeletal berserkers!
Had these drop last night. On the pair that I got races listed as able to wear are Troll, Ogre, Barbarian and Vah Shir.

Alot of items do that. Its just that all but iksar can wear I think.

I know sometimes the level posted to obtain items is off, and I was wondering if the level posted for these boots (46) is way off or what.. Any info greatly appreciated =)

46 isn't a bad lvl to try to get these.. all depends though. I actually could have used a lvl 46 shammy in my group the other nite.
this dropped in the lcy off of what I do not know. but i've been there in KC for a lot of lvls and never seen it drop till last night, so I'd say it fairly rair

Any Shaman can wear boots and only shaman. so humans elfs and the like cannot

I dont think so, they say that because IF a human COULD be a Shaman than he would be able to wear. So if humans could be shamans they could wear it. Also, the reason why they don't just put, all races, is because iksars can't wear them, even though they can be shamans, I think. Hope this doesnt confuse you.

Sorry man, iksar still can't wear.
Nimble is the level 34 shaman agility buff. The effect is not a proc but is instead right clickable. You will be able to use it at level 45. They may not touch GEBs, but you can swap them out to give everyone a mana-free agi buff.

Um just noticed that is says all races yet the pis doesnt say the same so was just curious if sight or the pic needed up dating?
