It's a good piece, reasonable hp/mana and +20MR is always welcome.

Thats one hell of a focus effect. 15% is a lot of manna if you think about it.
that focus is a joke, you get a better effect on your class specific Elemental armor (Preservation of Xegony)
actually its a very poor effect. That effect is on alot of pre-EP items, and it's good there. But as you enter EPs, Elemental arms are a way better option as they are WAY easier to get, more common and also affect Beneficial spells with 15%.
Also, don't forget that these mana preservation foci are random 1-15%, not full 15%
