Best drop rate appears to be the spiders in the final area just before xegony where the rainbow is to zone to the final area. Getting 4-6 a clear

If you're keyed to Xegony and the event is up and you can engage it, that'll get you a few more Featherwood Saps as those mobs drop tradeskill items for Plane of Air regardless of racial model. But her respawn is 3.5 days (or 6.5 lockout for the instance).

I got a total of 3 with two full clears of the zone. Drop rate is seriously messed up considering you need 24 of them for all the tailoring recipes.
