This must have changed between 2001 (date of quoted post) and the 2008 Lucy update for this item.
I don't recall ever having seen one. We could use a pic in the modern item window, as well as a screenshot of someone wielding this.
Also, how difficult of a hunt is it? --This could be relevant to future progression server & roleplay types that want to do something a bit different.
