Im affraid to tell the tree hugger that posted about the not so usefullness of this effect.Necros only have 1 good DD at higher level and that is <Neurotoxin>.So when u are in group or raid killing a mob and want fast dps for fast kill your not gonna stand there and stack DoTs.Cause by time u get DoTs off mob is about dead wich means u just wasted roughly 1k in Mana.
But what the smart necro would do to get a couple decent nukes in he would use <Neurotoxin>.Cause it are only good Nuke that and our Taps.So if Neurotoxin takes 500mana to cast but u have this effect u just saved 125mana casting this DD.So for u treehugger,if u think saving 125mana per cast for this spell is a waste,then umm i think your an idiot....

the effect reduces the mana cost of neurotoxin by 25%, very nice.
30 posts
look at the necro line of nukes. one at 34, one at 44, one at 54.. and dont forget Neurotoxin at 61. all the same line of nukes, poison based, somewhat high mana cost for decent damage. anyone that can confirm if this is a focus for Neurotoxin as well?

Has anyone tested this with the other Torbas spells that Necromancers get (i.e. 49th Torbas' Poison Blast and 54th Torbas' Venom Blast). If it worked with either of those spells the effect would be really great. As it stands effect or not the starts are great.

i haven't really checked this out but i think b/c the higher level spells have such huge cast times you've doubled the damage of a lower level spell that can cast v. fast which (i think) is what SOE said planes would be all about, shorter (bloodier) battles.
