i know you all posted many years ago but anyway i wanted to address the issue of AC. it has nothin to do with monk "nerf" or anything else. it is simply that monk have a soft cap on ac around 1350 or so. once you reach this magic number, ac doesn't add any more mitigation. so they simply didn't need to put a staggering amoutn of ac on these legs like the velious ones. same with the Vex Thal legs. they are only 22 ac with 50 atk on the best ones from AHR
Loved getting these .. but they arent what the picture shows anymoe. Been changed from Aura of Battle to Regen 4.. sorry guys.. but they been.. /not gonna even say it.
They were not nerfed. They are exactly the same. The Aura of Battle, Vengence and Flowing Thought names were taken out of the game but the effects are the same.

yer whining about people wearing these well have a huge problem on ac. if u see someone with these they are most likely well over 1400 and 20-30 wont mean much since most mobs are gona pansy slap u besides time itself. plus u figure u want more hp over ac if u alrdy have that much ac cuz if yer over 1300 u are well fine. i bet vabtoo wears this and hes well over 9k hp buffed and hes doing very fine. you would prefer 50-500 hp rather than 20 ac if u really think about it.

Well AC has to mean something and if u raid alot in places like this then AC helps ALOT more then HP cause i dont really like being STUNNED and bashed to death on the spot, is better seeing YOU BLOCK, YOU BLOCK, YOU BLOCK or even straight MISS's YOU is what matters, so unless u like LOADING, PLEASE WAIT... then thats cool, i envy u :)
Wake up, with 150hp with the raw armor and another 350 with the effect, you get 500 hit points with this one leggings, what else do you want, a pink teddy bear?
99.99% of the time you will buffed with a focus type spell from a shammy while on a raid, which doesn't stack with this effect. You'll only really use it when xp grinding without a shammy. Still a sweet thingie to have but don't get too worked up over the spell it has.
Ornate monk armor is different. Leggings of Enlightenment is the one with the hp buff. These leggings are Ton Po's Leggings of Composure. I know some of your posts are a few months old. Was the effect changed on the Ton Po's stuff to be different then the Enlightenment stuff or are these people just posting under the wrong item?
Someone please post a pic wearing these or any Ton Po's new armor. Does it have the old Monk guildmaster graphic? Crappy Luclin leather look? Enlighten us, please.

You need to take one thing into consideration. On raids or when grouping with any Shaman, the effect is null. None of the XXX Shielding or Shielding of XXX stack with the Shaman HP/Focus line. That being said, these are some pretty uber legs, and even though the barb legs have more raw AC, the HP and stats on these rock.
My idea of uber monk legs is tainted by flayed barbarian skin leggings. They have a higher AC than these (if you don't include the spell) and are tradeable. Better stats on these all around, but I thought these would have higher AC, but I guess this goes along with the monk nerf.
I compared the FBSL with these and looking at it These are a heck of a lot better. Not sure how you play your monk, if all your looking at is the AC and weight. If you play by these then you need to chose a different class to play.
