Vengeance stacks exactly like FT. Vengeance caps at 15 total. So if you had two bracers with Vengeance II each, the result is equivilent to Vengeance IV.

There is no cap specifically on vengence - there is a cap of 250 worn attack.

Yes Vengeance stacks, up to a maximum (just like FT). I'm not sure what the max is thou.

Max is 250 worn attack. That can be 50 Vengence or any combination of veng + aura of whatever + other worn atk effects.
