The resists are wrong on the composer's boots.

Dang, on my server (Stromm) I see the going price for Ornate Boot Mold is 160,000pp, and the most I have EVER had sitting in my bank was about 20k. How oh how is a bard ever to get ahold of this mold?
Excuse my ignorance but I was wondering if anyone could give me info on the bard emblem. Is it a drop, crafted, what? My bard is 53 atm and hasn't had alot of plane experience yet, mainly just PoD, PoJ and a bit in PoI. Any info on the bard emblem would be appreciated. Thanks.
Bor Wharhammer gives it to you, along with the mystical furnace, when you give him 500pp. However, unless you have tier 2 flags, he will not give you either until you are level 55.

If your close to 55 or already past it and don't have these boots start saving your pennies. I got the mold two nights ago at 54, I hit 55 the next day cause I was dying to get these boots. And yes, you can do ornate at 55 with no flags.
Anyways, with these boots on while swarmming I basically don't run out of mana. Unless you miss notes or get resisted alot you'll never run out of mana. I'm swarming slimes/rats in PoD, only killing slimes, and getting mad AA experience. I'm estimating about 1% AA per 1 minute. I'm sure there are much better places, but PoD is usually pretty empty for me.
Get these boots! And a Solstice earring if you don't already have one.

As a 65 bard, my personal goal is to achieve FT15 plus AA mana increases. With the advent of Fading Memories, FT means a TON when it comes to playing your bard. You die far less, you are the ULTIMATE PL'er (charm) and your pulling ability is perhaps the best in the game (not including VT). These boots are very desireable, but don't forget Boots of the Flowing Slime as a nice alternative. BoFS are droppable and sould be considered over the ornate pattern if you plan to buy. If you are SolRo flagged, then more power... it's worth your while to fight there for this and ignore the lag-zaar.

finally VI gave bards some help with the mana...since we cant use KEI or anything but AA abilities and FT gear. nice to see we can finally get some mana faster =)

WOW!!! Now I will feel like I have a med skill of 10 =p But sarcasim aside, this armor is uber in my eyes
i think this is the first ft3 bard only item i have seen or heard of that is pretty darn rad if you ask me and looks like good stats too
