Ask any paladin how much they would pay to get another 1,0 sec/lvl 65 stun spell..
Seems to proc 5+ times per normal LDoN fight with appropriate stats at 285, that is 5+ seconds when the mob is not attacking anyone ADDED to the normal stun effects.
Forget the ubah damage procs and try this, you'll benefit your group much more.
The minus aggro is not a problem; A slow combo of Force of Akilae and Force of Akera is enough to make the mob want only you. Throw in Cease every now and then if you're feeling insecure.
Graphics: Looks like an old skool 1H sword, nothing special about it.
I paid 2,7k in Bazaar on Bristlebane. (usually goes for 8-10k).
*Shakes his head*
Oh, and go buy yourself a shield and interrupt some more spells. They'll love you even without your ubah procs.

Yes it does look like a defenders lightblade. My Dark Elf Shadow Knight just hit level 55 and another Dark Elf Shadow Knight friend of mine passed this down to me as a gift for hitting that level. I am amazed at how hard it hit. With no other attack/str. buffs on but my own I am hitting into the 100's with a max hit so far 132. Thanks alot for the kick azz weapon Dan!!!!!!!!

Greetings all! Picked this baby up for 8k in the bazaar on Cazic-Thule. Been testing it out a bit to get a feel for the weapon. First of all, looks like a Defenders Lightblade when held. Secondly, it hits like a train for a 1hs weapon. The proc is a 1 second stun with 200pt aggro reduction effect. Why would you want this you ask? Simple. This weapon is designed for raids or situations where you are not the MT. Aggro reduction on this weapon pretty much lets me go full tilt with debuffs and dots without stealing aggro from the warrior who's furiously pounding that taunt key. The awesome ratio on this blade combined with the lowered aggro means higher DPS for me and better efficiency for the raid/group in general. My main weapon is Black Bastardsword which has 200pt aggro increase proc for when I am MT. The combo of these two weapons pretty much lets me control my aggro as the situation requires with relative ease.
Quick update to my previous post. Having used this weapon in a few more areas I've found that against unstunable mobs (Kael Giants etc) this weapon draws SERIOUS aggro. Still a very nice addition to my ******* even if the intended result from the proc isn't always achieved.

"of programming" Mirabrell - Yes I agree, kinda dumb, at lv 55 I get full stats except 34 HP bonus instead of 35 HPs and probably can not be equiped at lv 54. Another typo slips through to code. The proc is resisted a lot in LoY(the only place I have used it so far) which changes the proc from decreased aggro to increased aggro as others have mentioned,so generally a taunter on mobs close to your own level. Nice upgrade from the Noctivagant Blade.
not sure why, but this zone isn't even close to being attained until your 65. Kinda cheesy when you see a dropped weapon, and yet the required and recom level are pretty much close to each other for a level that can't even go inside Drunder. My guild already made in Drunder, and let me tell you, the zone looks freaking awesome. Well anyway, just me 2 cents on this
not sure what sabers you use but the entire blade is sharp on a saber, the last 3to 6 in of the saber blade is sharp on both sides of the blade for back slashes from horse back, the saber was made for calvary troops the swept blade(curved) made for vicious cuts from a mount without the blade sticking in its victim , as a side note normal foot soldiers prefered strait blades to sabers for thier piercing ablility through armor...
if you have a saber with only 3in of the foward edge sharp i suggest you take it back to the bladesman and get your money back, he didnt sharpen it right
During the Civil War (the USA) Sabres were not meant to cut so much as to break bones and shatter. I have six Civil War swords and each are different per it's task. The Calvary swords that I have seen never have sharp edges. Infantry swords have a very sharp point. The Cutlass I have is very balanced but none have sharpend blades. This holds true through the WWI and WWII as I have seen.
Ryoz, you are correct as for actual sabers that were used in battle, and for the above description you get a cookie :)
But the sabers made today (usually for military dress uniforms, high scholl band leader uniforms, or even just museum replicas) are made as was described by the earlier post, being sharp (in this case sharp = thin) for about 3 1/2 inches on both sides and completely blunt as it goes further to the hilt.
So both descriptions are correct really, just describing two different types of sabers.
It's interesting to see how many pop items are tradable...even if it is unusable to anyone below 55, it's sorta cheap of them to allow for a huge market to start up selling things in game and out...damned capital venturists (Wait this must be a Sony thing) Hell either way nice blade, beautiful proc.
