Hmm,
This item has ManaRegen +2 but it doesnt show up in Allah's profile data. The lucy link has it, and as my cleric just got one today, I can confirm that it does in fact still have this effect.
How does one report such things here?

if you look you'll see its not lore meaning you could potentially have as many of these as you had item and inventory slots

Confirming that on 10 Aug, I was able to get the seal, and furnace from Bor without the BoT flag.

after the patch you don't have to have any flags you only have to be lvl 55 and have the mold, the sheets, the tanaan hammer, and 500 pp and you can wear all ornate armor.

Last night this dropped off a BoT mini, had a leather piece drop from 2 other mini's the same night.
