The cleric uses dex to fire his process on his hammer . . . the svs are great cause we always gettin oor asses knocked about from AoE spells from the mobs. They interrupt spell casting. Good combination for a battle cleric in the midst of battle.
Take a GOOD look at this item, its one of the best pre elemental ear-items for any caster class ...

Well, what classes benefit from lots of AC, HP, DEX and STR and cast spells... not hard to figure that one out, really. Hybrids would benefit most from this, especially hybrids who off-tank (and thus need the haste to get off agro-spells while being hit).
Of course, I'm only thinking of raids here. As a NEC my slippers have been a big win for soloing where agro kiting is all about timing. For raids, the only time I care much about that kind of time difference is when I'm ducking out from behind a wall to cast on a PbAE mob, but that's fairly rare. I would give this up to a hybrid in a heartbeat even though I'd love one.

Not so. Specifically -because- they need to get spells off in a hurry, Hybrids have very very few spells, outside of buffs, that take the 3 second cast time required to be effected by spell haste.
Dexterity: Coordination; affects how much damage you deliver with a bow/thrown weapon, time between attacks, how fast you learn certain skills, and how often certain spells and weapons hit their mark. Also affects some skills and Bard songs.
