These boots are not FT 5, they are Vengance 4. stats are still teh same thou. And they have a Percusion mod.
Now what sucks is the Riz bracers have V 3, Arm,s have V 5 and gloves have Aura of Bravery. I think you can only have a certain amount of attack and im sure this maxes it

I'm pretty sure that we get songs that increase our caps for battle like speed and attack.
If I am not mistaken, worn attack maxes at 250, including any proc'd avatar (not counting shaman cast Avatar). This is just what I've picked up from every resource I've seen, so can't tell you first hand.
You should be quite clear to throw on even more attack if you chance upon it.

LOL yes, FT certainly *does* work on bards. :) It's one of the two ways in which we can increase mana regen: FT and MC (AA skill).
