Planes of Power
I have this on my Cleric. I have several weapons but I prefer this when I get the chance to whack mobs. It procs like crazy. While the damage from the melee strikes are not great I can swing it more often increasing my chances for Vow of Valor or Panther to proc. Now that is where our melee based damage resides!! I even have a life sap aug in mine. :)
Does anyone know of a newer weapon in the game that has the same delay or faster delay with a better proc or stats? There are a few other Delay: 19 weapons but I would like to get 18 or lower.

The nice thing about this 1HB <aside from the nifty graphic> is that you can add an aug to it and still have everything you would in the summoned hammer. If it procs more, then all the better. I have killed Saryrn and her nasty bird twice, but haven't seen this drop. I'll keep going to raids to kill her in the hope of getting this.

This has a 530% chance to proc over the default proc rate of weapons (according to unknown070 value).

Looted mine off Sorrowsong. Seems to proc a lot more than the summoned hammers, but the coolest thing about it is the graphic. Looks like a dragon skull on a stick.

This thing procs more frequently than the lvl 63 summoned hammer. I love it!

This hammer appears to be very similar to the hammer spell you summon at level 56 anyway, except the stats are a little nicer and the ratio is a little better. If it procs anywhere near as much as the spell, it would be a great weapon. You know, for a cleric.

It's a player's duty to ***** over the game no matter how you do do it. To me the people who were all banned for doing the stuff in sleeper's tomb to wake the sleeper are one of the best guilds ever and they officially won the game and got to stop without being addicted to it. Only reason to be mad is you didn't think of it first.

Just because you havnt been able to get there doesnt mean others have not, The game does host more then 100,000+ Players at any given time.
This is the same proc that is on the cleric summoned hammer. My question is does this staff proc with the frequency of any of the summoned hammers? If it does then in certain encounters this staff would be awesome.
