OMG This some sweet let me SAY SWEET armor, I wish there was more on this item.Hope to see more rangers (high LVL ones ) go out and make it their goal to get this,I know when my lvl 22 ranger GROW's up HE will own this one piece...

Poor rangers have to have their armor named after Askr. Damn I hate that guy, after all the crap when the BoT quest was buggy and him not giving flags right!

Chances are, by the time you see this item, you will already have dex capped and be working on your other stats.. But it is STILL a damn fine item.
