The lack of HPs would be made up for if it didn't have limited charges. What a waste. PoS stuff is weak now compared to all the other stuff that's easier to get. Hardly any of it has HPs on it, and HP is much more important than a few stats.
I cannot help but ask/wonder. Does anyone know if these can be recharged? and if so, please then 5 W's and an H? (who where when what how and why?)
Why does it list it as having 2 charges of Aclarity when the screen shot shows no charges at all, rather just the effect?

Aren't the PoS items suppose to be an upgrade from the PoF PoH items? I would rather have the shiver over the sandels any day.
