One just dropped today, it's now an 18 second cast time.

Stats are otherwise the same.
now here a thought

Since it is a right clickie item and can be used from inventory , I wonder if anyone can clickie it , I know that mages only can equip it , but could say a wizzy just have it in inventory , and use the clickei effect , Pondering that question

Yes, since the effect reads (Casting Time: Instant), it means that anyone can use from inventory. If they meant for only mages to use the effect, it would read (Must equip Casting Time: Instant). Since it doesn't read that you must equip it to summon the bag, it makes a nice piece for anyone who wants to use the mage items on a regular basis without having to have a mage around every time you log on. :)

Actually, you are completely incorrect, this items effect is only useable by mages, as is defined by the class limitation.

Actually, you just don't know what you're talking about. There are items that can be cast from inventory by classes and races not shown in the item descriptions, so it is completely possable for this item's effect to be clickable by a class other then mage.

He's right. This item can only be equipped/clicked by mages. For an example, see the 'colored ceramic bands' line of clicky gear. Whatever class can equip them (though there really is little reason to) are the only classes that can click them. I wish I could remember the message that it gives you if you try to click and you aren't the right class...

Yup, for example Circlet of Shadows Necromancers/SKs can be used from the inventory, but can only be clicked by Necros/sks.

Doesn't matter...any guild capable of getting it will give it only to mages...

Drops off "An Elemental Masterpiece" in Eryslai, the Kingdom of Wind (aka Plane of Air). Rare drop.

Also the cast time is not Instant, it is 18 seconds. Usable in Inventory.

The proc on this rocks. It summons a jewelery bag filled with all of the mages focus items. Since it's instant, this would be a real time saver on raids. =D

Of course, poor mages would just have one less thing to do. ><

The screenshot must have been taken by a melee. You don't have to loot and wield an item to see the damage bonus.
