No you cannot MQ this because you need to combine it in a bag for him so just go get one from the forest fort, these arn't very hard anymore since the recent expansions so good luck.
Just an update, it dropped off an Irman Fannsk about... 20 minutes ago.
Might be exceedingly rare though. Seen one in ten kills so far, will update with total later, still killing them giants.

what drop's this sash can someoen tell me please
An Irmin Her Megir (forest storm giants) drop the sash. Uncommon, but not a rare drop. They tend to drop Storm Giant Heads more often than sashes.
