i believe it is called secret of the planes. not too many people have it but its nice
hmm i dont think the person doing this quest gives a ---- if there is mana or not....
collect all 3 books and a hope stone from EP this will give you the Secrets of elements when turned in....

This item is really decent. But a Transient Idol from Maiden's Eye is quite similar in every respect and in my opinion is much easier to get than this piece. Of course, the Transient Idol has no mana on it but this piece is something for melees anyways.
If you're going to take the time to do this quest, you're probably going to do it for the Ven 3 item. You can get bows with just as good as stats as these if you're a melee.
