i am actually kitting in HoH till soon a week and i noticed that at the beginning, there were nothing to loot on the mobs...
after 100 kills or so it began to drop largely more,
and now after more than 200 kills, i found 2 of these wristbands of strategy in a row
(thanks lore bank)
even if i think this wrist is a little useless with
this recommended level...will put it at 900 in bazaar and will see if someone buy this crap.

This is a drop off A Valorian Sentry in HoH...pretty rare since I had never heard of it before today...but then, all item drops in HoH are pretty rare (I mean wearable stuff...tradeskills items are pretty common

it drops in Halls of Honor. Not too rarelly, but not too commonly either.
One of the best resist wrist items for pure casters... only better ones are the Cazicite Diamond Bracer (crafted) and the Wristband Of Secrets (from Aten Ha Ra in Vex Thal). Depending on who this one drops from (unknown to this site as of 12/10/02), I'd imagine many resist-seeking casters are going to pay for the Cazicite Diamond Bracer. Unless Blocks of Cazicite are insanely rare drops and this one is a somewhat 'easy' kill... doubtful, though.
Or, you could just buy a Velium Blue Diamond Bracelet and save thousands upon thousands of platinum for one less MR, FR, PR and DR (1 more CR, though)... you don't get the AC or HP (still the same Mana), but now you can afford other items that have them.

Ok, you win ;) BotSS isn't even lore, though I'd imagine they're far from common, especially in VT, so I don't think many people will have two for quite a while.
I wish there were some way to search Magelo's database the same way you can search Alla's, as it seems much more complete... probably because they get their info directly from the game ;) Oh well, can't have everything, I suppose... I don't imagine there are any other sites out there with searchable databases as large as Alla's, are there?

they drop off sentires/animated guardians/other seminamed... I use wristband of secrets, which is very uncommon(aten drop). The silent star bracer drops off of the Thall Va Xakra and off of any Eom/Zun(others?) in Vex thal at a rate of about 1 in 4000. Hideously rare really, puts hoh rarity to shame.
