I only get 70pp for them on my trader and takes a while to get that even on Innoruuk.
They sell for 90-200pp on Vazaelle

in the bazaar right now, they're for sale for 350, 500, 725 and 750, each guy is sellin about 4 apiece.

sold one for 1900p on Nameless. ususally see them for 2k needed to get rid of it. saw 3 drop at OC in PoV in about 4 hours.

These are found in Plane of Valor on Razorfiends. They seem to drop randomly, but not too rarely. One Razorfiend Talon is needed to make (with other ingredients) one Valorium Ring of Gallantry. :)
