I was ******** around in Torment, and this blood just dropped off a Construct of Suffering, the PH for the Avatar.
Well, at least will be able to complete my chanter's set of imbue spells. :)

SE building not SW there are 3 spawns of A construct of Pain at least 1 drops spawn time is about a half hour or so. its in the lower basement area through the door
this is a zone wide random off from any of those ugly spider looking spiny things. I got 4 just in the clearing of B's stomach.

I have been looking for this item in the bazaar for many months (Xev and now Druzzil) and have never seen one for sale.../sadness :(

70 clr 666aa i've been soloing the stomach event (not the boss) and just gating out to start it over for bloods. after 2 clearings i have 1 blood drop... this seems very rare imo ><
easy to solo the mobs and can almost invis to the named that ports you in...

Had a putrescent blood drop from a construct of pain in the southeast tower where the Avatar of Pain spawns.

i confirm this also drop off constructs of pain, i got 1 blood for my spell after 4th kill and about 1h in plane of torment

These bloods are now dropping outside of the stomach event supposely... anyone seen any? I was curious as to which mob was dropping them now exactly, thanks in advance! :)

We had 3 bloods drop out of roughly 20 mobs we had to kill during the "Stomach" event. If you want to farm this stuff, I suppose one could clear all the mobs down to the bottom of the stomach area, and then evac so that Borajug doesn't spawn in his 1200+melee form.
Just don't kill the unimaginable horror cause it'll teleport you out and the encounter won't be triggerable again for days.

I have never hunted here but eqtraders.com say that it drops off a flayed horror and a skinless creature

I have hunted in Plane of Torment and killed a variety of mobs. Who can confirm this item drops here? What drops it?
