Anyone who would sell an item this hot for only 100 plat -- especially when just one of the ingredients, the Midnight Stone, sells for more than 100 to a vendor -- deservers to get ripped off.
On my server, Tholuxe Paells, this commonly sells for 100-125 pp. This is a stunningly low price considering just how great the stats are on this item. 10 Int, 75 Mana and 25 MR for 100pp? Wow!
I am guessing that the components for this recipie are commonly available and pretty cheap. Otherwise this would sell for alot more.
At level 51 its 4 dex, 9 int, 64 mana and 21 MR. Still great!
I highly doubt this selsl that cheap, considering selling the pieces needed to a vendor will yield more then that, not to mention the skill neeed to craft it.
No way would it sell for 100p when the midnight stone alone is 200p to a vendor.
Enchanted Bar of Nightmare Iron -Smithing (triv =<135) --Distilled Mana (39 Enc Spell) ---2x Sapphires ---Poison Vial --Brick of Nightmare Iron (drop) 1 Midnight Stone (drop, PoN (R. Nightstalkers) 1 Black Diamond of Nightmares -Imbue Nightmare (62 Enc, 62 Nec Spell) --Raw Diamond (drop: Many PoP Zones, Recieved from Quests) --Nightmare Mephit Blood (drop, mephits on PoN)
Spell:Imbue Nightmare is now recieved via a no fail combine in the Planar Jeweler's Kit. Combine the following in this kit:
1 Raw Diamond 1 Nightmare Mephit Blood 1 Spell: Imbue Diamond (Temple of Marr, NFP)
Item recieved is a scribeable scroll Spell: Imbue Nightmare
Would it be correct to presume that a player with no prior jewelcrafting skill could purchase the Planar Jeweler's Kit then place the Raw Diamond, Mephit Blood and the Spell in the Kit and receive the Imbue Nightmare spell because it's a no fail combine?
I'm not clear, however, as to the final combine of the Enchanted Nightmare Iron, the Midnight Stone and how the Spell: Imbue Nightmare plays into it.
