This item drops off of Aerin'Dar in the Plane of Valor.
Yet another well thought out item that I am assuming drops in the planes.
AC, WIS, HP, MANA and STA and some good resists to boot (sv dis = great stuff). It covers all the wants of the classes its made for.
The real question is if the mob that drops it can be single grouped, or if it's some level 70 unslowable mob that quads 1100, chain 2500 AEs and needs a raid force of 40+ people to kill.

Its lvl 66, hits pretty hard but not much harder than a GoD mob. I suspect he could be single grouped with 2 healers and charmed pets.
