No it doesnt stack, the increased dmg will be done by the item with the best modifier.
It says Limit: instant spells only. So what spells exactly could this thing work with. The only instant spells I know of are proc's, the sk's HT, or maybe pally stuns. I know being a mage I wouldn't see this effect doing anything for me being that I don't have any instant spells. Unless I am mis interpretting the effect.

It doesn't mean instant cast time, it means instant duration ie: effects DDs only not dots

*Instant* means the damage is done instantly, does not matter how long it takes to cast ...

A nice detail about this effect is that the fact that it only affects magic based-single target nukes means it includes lifetaps, too.
It also encompasses the anti-undead, and probably the anti-summoned line of nukes as well.
I can confirm it affects lifetaps and anti-undead dd, since I already tried it.

Also the enchanters insanity line, the Cleric's judgement line, and the mage shock of blades line.

Would Anger of Druzzil increase the Pally aa slay undead ?

Does any improved damage item (mage bracers) effect Slay Undead? I don't think so, it works like a crit, and you just get lucky with the RNG.

with the new valorium rings you can get the same stuff for 10k
LOL!! You have to be kidding me. Valorium rings don't even come close to this, hehe.
well, except for the valorium ring being good for melees and this being good for casters... I mean, 10 less int/wis, 60 less mana, and 8 more of str/sta/dex/agi. Think I'll save my 10K :)
