Does anyone know if this is a key to teleport an individual into Saryrn's chamber, or does it open a door which would allow an entire raid to encounter Saryrn?

This key lets you open the door to the tower, therefore one per raid is sufficient. Thank god -- it takes hours to camp all the parts for one stinking key!
