As of now (thurs Nov 24, 2005) i think the sta spell has been taken out of the shaman spell line. So if these pants do still cast a sta type spell it could be useful. I have the Flayed barb skin leggings and i think they are much better, but also much more expensive. Paid 65k on Emarr the other day. Just my 2cp
yea wizards ornate legs is a joke i actually won a roll on them but then sold since earthweave pants were better. decession is a spell that is very rarely used.

I have to say that compared to the rest of the leggings this effect blows. (Almost as bad as the warriors:P)
Most of the effects are lvl 63 then you come to monks and it is 34.........If you going to give us a low level shammy spell give it a clicky haste (stackable with epic) or a heal...

Go look at the wizard ornate pants.
Decession. Woot? I can now send people to the evac point in the zone without using mana =\ Yay. Decession is pretty useless except for a few rare occasions.

much better then BL one Id take health over ours (level 59 pet haste) level 63 pet haste our best one so wouldn't get used (and easily avaiable)
Comparing this to other gear much more readily found it is crap. Health at this level of the game is a crappy effect.
Someone needs to start slapping the face of the mother that bore these braindead equipment designers to remind her never to have stupid children agian.

The effect is Health, a level 34 SHA level 52 BL spell that gives +31 sta. The effect is targetable so you can cast it on others.
