clicking your pants will bring you to choice 1. decession does not move the caster to the safe point- it only works on others.

I find your post completely irrelevant. Not only is it full of poor grammar and terrible spelling, but it's pointless. You are talking of Maelin's Leggings of Lore, the elemental wizard leggings; this is for Arantir's Leggings of Discovery, the ornate wizard leggings. I would agree that folks should work their way to the elementals. But, elemental leggings only drop off the elemental gods and in Plane of Time. That is a long time and a lot of work in raiding guilds to get there. Some are fortunate and can advance quickly. Even when you do so, how many of your fellow raiders/guildmates are going to be competing with you for such a rare drop. So, that settled, why don't we drop the drivel and talk about the ornate wizard legs.
Decession can be a nice thing. Yes, the uses are limited. The main use I've seen is typically working with a magician on a Call of the Hero chain. The wizard Decesses the group leader to zone in (usually the safe point), group leader invites others, and then mage then CoH's. This does not work in some zones, but it does in many. It does in Plane of Water for example. Wizards have the main job of DPS, but they are also very much counted on for getting people moved via TLs and such. Accept it, it's your job.
One day I may get lucky and get an ornate leg pattern as a drop, or I may save up and buy one. Unfortunately, the price of these on my server is high due to the fact that the enchanters get Tranquility click-cast off these. I would say that enchanters got the best deal as far as the ornate caster pants go. To be honest, selling these for 120k to 150k would be tempting if I did get the drop, for I do not have an enchanter. On my server, you can get two ornate silk bracers for the price this sells for. As a wizard, I'd rather have the mana regen four that would be gained from that, than wear these.

im inclined to agree with the majority. Why would i ever use Decession to leave a raid situation when i can just Teleport the whole raid at once?
only time id see wanting most people at the zone in is if were just finishing up some Trials and are about to cycle more thru (like hoh trials yesterday)

i have evac loaded in every spell set i have saved...there is no freakin reason that sony had to put a P.O.S effect on these legs like decession.
I dont care what else they put on here (unless maybe FT) that would make it useful.

the fact that most will agree that clicky for the wiz blows major chunks on these. sad when they give other classes sweet clickys and the wiz's get the shaft. the only real benifit from these pants a wiz would like is clearly the stats and the stats alone not that stupid clicky succor. im not payn 100k for the pattern when its the other casters that benifit from the pants. SONY BRING BACK THE REAL WIZ POWER U SLOBS!!!!

These legs suck come on everyone else gets a 61+ spell thats really useful and we get a 55 spell thats basically worthless anyway?? WTF!!!???
i am PISSED look at the other classes leggings! the chanter gets C4, the mage gets a DS, the necro gets uber pet buff....we get to port our group members to the safe point in the zone? WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? COME ON!!!!give us a buff or something i fail to see the usefullness in this at all since we get the spell anyway and its hardly any mana and we almost NEVER use it, you can just TL or use one of the many evac spells we get either as AA or regular skills, i really hope they change this but secretly i know they wont, the class that benefits the most and well everyone benefits from it is enchanters with clicky group c4 i had a lvl 56 enchanter in my group with these pants and it simply rocked, anyway im dont ranting =P
For some reason people fail to see the usefulness of this spell. It has two really decent uses:
1. If you have a mage in your group, you can add new people to a group/raid easily by decessioning group leaders to the zone in, and having a mage summon them back.
This works particularly well when you're in a place you had to work a while to get to (like in the back of a dungeon).
2. If you have members of your group that want to leave, specially in PoP, you can just click your pants and send them safely to the zone out.
That way the person has no chance of getting killed on their way to the zone.
Sure, you can translocate people out of dungeons, but sometimes, like in PoP, it's just as easy to save your mana and click your pants.

Yes decession can be usefull, however not as usefull as the clickies on everyone else's legs, we get the shaft.
The most i find myself using decession is to boot people that irritatie to the zone in :-)

the stats on this thing are really great. the effect is not the most useful but there r situations which call for it. for instance ur a small raid and instead of wanting to clear ur way out u want to evac but there is a few to many. just proc this on them then evac ur group. congrats to anyone who gets these
