I actually had no problem getting these to drop. Got two of them, clearing the isle one and 1/4 times.

Do these still drop on the 3rd Isle (Gorga Isle)? I've been up here for about a week's worth of play time camping the Isle and no luck on the feathers. I just wanna finish what i started back in 2002 LOL

a watchful guard dropped them for me 30 minutes ago. 2nd clearing of isle.

Have these finally been moved up to drop off the Spirocs or something? I have cleared the harpies and gorgolasks twice a day for a week now and no feathers. I remember when I used to come to sky we would get several feathers, now none.

This very well could be the feather that the Centaur in PoJ was talking about, not sure what dropped it or if it needs to be an actual spiroc lords feather but it's something to think about.

This item is used in the cloak of spiroc feathers quest. You need this, a silver disk, and a black silk cape. The cloak that it makes is for the necro epic. https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=350
