You can get these at lvl 55. The effect is a lvl 61 spell. So here's the question, When can you actually use them?
you can use them at 55 on all servers except FV, where you can use them at lvl 50.

We should have gotten CoH, that would have been useful and not overpowering.
These are useful on raids when you want to keep the MT DS'd during long fights. Also nice for keeping a DS on BoT elementals; it allows you to keep slots open for mez, charm, mala and malosinia, and gate for when the...uh...$#!t hits the fan.
I would have liked to have seen Maelstrom of Ro perhaps, or Xegony's Phantasmal Guard. But i'm happy with them the way they are.
I'm pretty sure that we didn't get CoH as a clicky because it only works in a few high level zones. Presumeably the ones you will be spending most of your time in if you have these.
Now if I can just get them to drop from the SolRo giants....

All in all, nice leg slot for a mage. Anything that frees up a spell slot (with a USEFUL spell) is welcome by me.

Is there an effect that is not listed here for the leggins? Wizzy legs get Decession, Necro legs get Rune of Death, Chanter legs get Tranquility.

Heh, Not shafted as bad as Wizzards. Heck, Decession is not even the best form of that spell available.

Heh, that's what the item links are for. Right click, left click on the open description window, left click on the picture and *poof* the item link appears in the chat window input line. SOE actually add a useful feature for once :)
Was posted while the old UI was still usable pyrogator. It was a pain since people would link things left and right, and those with their UI's off (IE: Me) would have to take a note and look up the stuff later (when feeling like a dork).
