I like how SK's and Pally's get the Ornate Boots for FT 3, since not too many items have FT for us compared to Caster (since we're Hybrid), the we got Ft3, and you can actually buy it too :D.

Not that the boots stats are really good IMO, just the FT3 is good while Soloing or FDing with no mana or something heh.

As much as I hate starting a "this is best for..." thread, this is made completely for the shaman, although any of the classes listed would do well with it. Finally, now I dont feel so neglected. I guess I will see a Manaetic Behemoth in about 30 levels :)

Once they start tanking things in teh face, then we can call them tough. Either way, this is a great head item, off of a really, super tough mob.
