Most items at this lvl in everquest are no drop except for the ornate patterns or molds

This item is no drop. Either it was droppable at first and it has been fixed, or the picture is from the FV server.

I agree It is NO DROP. I'll send in a picture if we kill this guy again. Drops off of Jiva.

HP stat is wrong, should be 115hp NOT 100hp, I know cause I have one

How do you get to the temple of solusek ro?

Go to the big vulcano in lavastorm, the entrance to the temple of solro is the northern cave entrance :))

to get to tower of solusek you need a lot of flags
1. Justice trial to get into Valor and Storms
2. kill Aerin'Dar in Valor to get into Halls of Honor
3. complete all 3 trials in hohonor to get into the temple of marr
4. kill mithaniel marr in the temple of marr
5. kill Grummus in Disease to get into Ruins of Lxanvom (crypt of decay)
6. in codecay kill carpin, avhi, bishop, vindor, raex, and finally High Priest Ultor to get the key to the lower depths of lxanvom. (only 36 keys each time, you have to do it another time or two to get your whole guild keyed)
7. in codecay do the ring of Bertox, kill bertox
8. complete the hedge maze event in Nightmare to get flagged for nightmareb
9. in nightmareb kill Terris Thule to get flag for Torment
10. in Torment(one per raid) obtain a key for saryrn's tower
11. in Torment, after killing maareq the prophet Tylis will port you down to the basement of the tower to kill the Keeper of Sorrows, then port you back up
12. go up one floor from Maareq the Prophet and kill Saryrn
13. in Innovation, do the gnome walk and kill the mechanical dragon so you can open the factory door (only one person on the raid needs this, he can open the door for everyone)
14. in Innovation, kill the Manaetic Behemoth in the factory to get flagged to enter Drunder, the Fortress of Zek (potactics)
15. in Drunder, kill Vallon Zek
16. in Drunder, kill Tallon Zek
and you'll finally be into the tower of solusek ro
to get to solusek himself you have to kill 5 tower bosses: Xuzl, Arlyxir, Jiva, Rizlona, Protector of Dresolik, and you have to have the Rallos Zek flag, and maybe the flag from Karana after killing Agnarr but i'm not sure of this

a- u could do all of that, or u can go to ww kill banished efreeti(level 65) he doesnt summon, is rootable, snareable and can be soloed by a 65 druid. he has a one hour spawn time and drops banished efreeti heart. turn it into the drake right next to pofire entrance and u get ur srt flag- no other flags needed just potranq access.
also the entrance to Sol Ro Tower is in the 5 stones... think it is the middle but dont hold me to that.

You forgot about getting the BoT flag to and killing Agnarr the storm lord in BoT for another important flag. Also don't forget to get the preflags before killing mobs like Grummus and if you do anything out of order, you will have to see the Seer Mal Nai'She, and say something like Unlock memories to get your flags working.
The Question was how to get to Sol Ro Tower, and Agnarr Flag is not required for Solusek Ro Tower entrance.
