I suppose the the Cap Of Drowned Souls from BoT could be considered the priest version (including druids):
+18 AC +13 Sta +13 Dex +15 Wis +20 vsMg +15 vsFire +100 HP +85 Mana +0.80 Wt FT2
And it is quite a bit easier to get that this item and stats are a little better
