So, it's the WIS on the belt that makes this item list at 60k? I just got one from someone I assume was leaving the game...sold for 1000 pp. Guess I made a good decision there.

Ok, I heard this was the best tradeable wis belt in the game for these classes, is this true? ... was worth what I paid imo because of the 15 wis and nice stats. Flowing thought belt not as desirable to me (and twice as much) because the cleric ornate boots have ft3 I think.
Girdle of Mithaniel is comparable, if not better...
