The loc is pretty much right. just look in the deep pool and you'll see the standard bag icon. that is the ring. mine was at p39 by neg 48

When doing this quest it tok me forever but i finally found the silver ring. It was in the water at location p54, n56. I hope this helps anyone looking for this ring
do we ahve alocation on the ring in the caves? pls???????

It's in lake in caves..be a decent swimmer..also there's a piranha there biting away..but it is quite easy to get. Gooooooooood Luck on Platinum and Gold Ring..!!!!!

This ring is found at the bottom of the water in Black Burrow.

Which water? The water you can fall into from the main courtyard there? Or one of the lower lakes in the caves?

The Ring is in the water that is down the ramp to the downstairs and across the bridge that is on your right....you dont have to be a great swimmer but be warned you could be swimming with the fishes very quickly if you take too long

Weirdly enough, this ring is dropped by Rivervale deputies. They drop their shield, weapons, a Squad Ring (loot version) that's +5 CHA, and this. You need to get Identify cast on it to make sure, though. It may only be the right ring on occasion.

It's not the right ring. The deputies there never drop the ring for the Paw of Opolla quest. You can get the ring for the quest either in blackburrow or off Gynok Moltar sometimes.
