Come on, this is straight up Resist Gear. Sure, it's nice to have stats and HP and all that, but 2 resists of 20 is a damn good item if you ask me.
It's "semi-worthwhile" just for that fact that you need this kinda stuff for ToV groups. I need one of these or a Crown of the Froglok Kings for the resists, and they go for about 1k. 1k is always worthwhile to me! =D

I would agree this is would be a great addition to anyones resist gear and resist becomes more and more important in the higher lvls for raids for all thos aoe spells that large mobs love to cast, i know there is at least one other that you can buy but for those already headed to seb or hunt there regularly this would be a great item to stop by and pick up.

The item itself might be "crappy" but the quest item you get from it is awesome. An all/all illusion item is great for anyone, specially if you are an evil race.

I quit for 2 years and they go and move Old Sebilis to Luclin, crazy EQ gods!
