I sat foraging in Umbral Plains for 3 hours and in that time I got 15 Twilight Orchards https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=16352 and 0 Dawnflower Seeds, so if you can forage it from here it's at an extremely rare rate.

Dawnflower Seeds is foraged in Dawnshroud Peaks only, it doesn't forage from Umbral Plains at all, so please remove Umbral from the zone list for this item. And it's not rare either, it's a regular forage item in Dawnshroud, at least if your foraging skill is good.

Well it took ,me a while to get the Twilight Orchid which is the first I went after getting Machette quest but as soon as I walked into DSP I got this on my first attempt at Forage with a skill of 52. Considering there arent many aggro post from players I assume this has come easier then the other items on the task list.

Found as ground spawn in steamfront.
They were probably dropped by someone passing through.

Can also be found in Dawnshroud. I foraged them there.
