ive turned in 2 or 3 of these to him and sillicorosive grease to him and i still havent gotten a single diamond on saryrn server what is up?

Ok if you have ever been to PoI you know who this is. I dont know his name but ill tell u exactly where he is. When you enter the windmill and you go around back to click the gear to turn in, before u climb up the center thing. There should be a gnome standing there. He is directly opposite over where u enter the windmill. Turn them into him...
That would be "Elder Gelok" of the eponymously named quest "Elder Gelok's Supplies," in which this item is used.

Turn this item into the guy standing in PoT at the entrance to PoI. He will reward you with exp and on uncommon occasions, a gem. (got a blue diamond last night)
