Planes of PowerThis is a great cloak across the board for all classes listed but it's an amazing cloak for the hybrids because of the WIS/INT coupled with mana as well as the other stats on top of 100 HP.
And I agree... it seems odd that this cloak does not list SHM as a usable class. They could really rock with this too.

I don't see anything weird about an item being melee only. Usable by all types of melees and no types of casters(unless you count hybrids, but I classify them with melees).
Hybrids r not casters, nor melees. They are hybrids. :) They can benefit from Wis/Int or they can benefit from Raw HPs or STA.

I know this reply is a little late but Terris Thule is a raid event, not a quest. The cloak is one of her drops. Got it myself last night. Very nice. You MUST go through the Hedge Maze to get flagged to enter the Lair of Terris Thule. Check out quests originating in Plane of Tranquility. Elder Poxbourne is the name of the hedge maze NPC. Easy 3 group mini-raid. Well worth the effort. You should also check out Terris Thule in the beastiary for Lair of Terris Thule. There is a link there for a complete walk-through of the raid on her. Very good information.
